Refund Policy - the basics
At Sparrow House Children's Theatre ("we," "us," or "our"), we work hard to provide accessible, affordable cultural programming for families and schools.
This Refund Policy outlines how we manage refunds related to ticket purchases, event registrations, workshop enrollments, and charitable donations.
By purchasing tickets or registering for programs through our website or in person, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.
As a nonprofit organization, we keep our programs low-cost and community-focused. Refunds are limited and generally subject to specific conditions as outlined below.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally, refunds are available under the following conditions:
-
Tickets for performances: Non-refundable except in the event of a show cancellation by Sparrow House Children's Theatre.
-
Workshops and programs: Refunds available if cancellation notice is received at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
-
Charitable donations: Non-refundable, as donations are made in support of Sparrow House’s nonprofit mission and programming.
In special circumstances (such as illness, venue closure, or event rescheduling), we may offer exchanges, credit toward future events, or alternative accommodations at our discretion.
